So in my healthy ‘journey’, I have decided to take baby steps (literally!) to get me started. Usually at work, I take the elevator but I have started taking the steps instead. Although it isn’t much, it is a start. After all it’s only 2 floors up. So as much as that quick elevator ride is tempting, it’s a tiny positive change that is over before I know it.
So remember, no matter how big or small your change is, if it helps you get towards your goal, it’s a positive one! Baby steps are just as important as the giant leaps you take, cause if it weren’t for those tiny changes, you’d never be able to make those big ones.
